Terms and conditions
Cycle For Fun bikes, accessories and parts are priced in Canadian currency. Displayed costs in the check out are displayed in Canadian dollars. If you are purchasing with a credit card of another currency then your credit card will process the currency exchange.
Shipping and delivery
All Strida bikes and accessories are safety packed and shipped by Canada Post. Day 6 bikes because of there size can not be shipped with Canada Post. Shipments too large to ship with Canada Post will be shipped with a mutually agreed upon shipping carrier.
Important notes for orders being shipped outside of North America, I ship using Canada Post Small Packet Air with 10 business days for delivery. This service is limited in weight and is useful for small parts and accessories. Canada Post Small packet Air is affordable but does not include insurance and tracking.
Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy. We do not share your information with other parties. Your purchases are conducted in complete confidentiality.
Warranty and Returns
You can shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines.
Warranty Period
Day 6 Bicycles have a limited life time warranty on the frames for the original purchaser, a six month warranty on the components, tires and tubes not included.
All Strida bike frames have a 5 year warranty from date of purchase. All other components are covered by a 1 year warranty. Warranty is void where bikes and parts have been found to be abused, modified or used outside of a normal manner. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear such as brake pads, tires, cables, handlebars and saddle. You can register your new Strida bike here.
Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of your purchase. The purchaser is responsible for the costs of the return freight unless the purchased item is faulty during manufacture.
Returns – BC E-Bike Rebate Program
We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.
Proof of Purchase
Please note. all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by a copy of an invoice from Cycle For Fun or Strida Canada West

Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Cycle For Fun offers you a credit or exchange or refund provided that, -you have produced satisfactory proof of purchase, – the item is in as new condition (i.e. the original manuals and labels are still attached), -the item is returned with its original packaging. We can not accept returns where the item is modified in anyway by the purchaser. For credit card purchases there is a 5 % restocking fee. For bike orders where the bike has been customized before shipping by us there is an additional 10% restocking fee.

Return Location
All returns are shipped to Cycle For Fun Box 2842 Grand Forks B.C. V0H 1H0. If products are found to be faulty, Cycle For Fun will refund postage and cover all handling costs to send out a replacement new item.
